It’s no secret, I am OBSESSED with Mexican food. For whatever reason there’s nothing a little chips, salsa, guac and a margarita can’t fix. There aren’t a ton of Mexican restaurants in Vancouver, but they are getting more popular and I’m slowly discovering a couple new places to add to my list.
