Bet you’ve probably heard enough about Whistler lately, huh? Well, in case I’m all wrong I thought I’d pen a few details from our quick trip back up this weekend since I got hit with a ton of DM’s.
We took our time driving up early Saturday morning to enjoy the drive and ride. We test drove the Lexus NX300, which was my first time driving a hybrid vehicle. It took me a minute to get use to, but once I got comfortable we fell in love. Here are a couple things we loved about this SUV:
+ it feels like you are driving a luxury sports car on the inside, but looks like an SUV from the outside
+ the heated/cooling seats & steering were an added bonus
+ the cockpit is both spacious & luxurious
+ safety features like lane departure alerts & Lexus Enform app (to play music & connect to your phone)
Since we only came up to attend our friends’ wedding, we stayed at the Hilton Resort & Spa in Whistler Village overnight. The wedding was located in Pemberton, a short 30 minute drive from Whistler at Big Sky golf course. It was s-t-u-n-n-i-n-g and the rain held off just long enough to have the ceremony outside, it was perfect!
My dress is from Ever New, I wasn’t able to link my dress because I got it a little while ago but they have so many gorgeous options for all occasions.
I haven’t gotten to go up with my husband for a looonnngg time so this was such a fun trip to take together!
