I don’t know about YOU, but this summer I am all about that cold shoulder. And by ‘cold shoulder’ I really mean the OTS (off the shoulder) trend that is in full force right now! I’ve been seeing so many versions of OTS dresses and tops I’ve been dying to get in on the action so I recently added this little cutie to my wardrobe. Such an easy, effortless way to head out the door… all while looking very “put-together”.
