Now that our next family home is on the horizon [as I mentioned here], I’ve been dreaming up what I want that to look like in terms of design. I am SO READY for a fresh start and honestly, after 8 years I feel like I’ve exhausted all possibilities within our current home. Being a small apartment, there’s only so much you can do with limited windows/light and layout options.
In our next home, I envision it being more of an open concept floor plan that’s light, bright and airy. I see lots of neutral, wood tones and textures with black accents throughout. Like everything else, I like visuals so below you will find what’s been floating in my head.
