Fresh Beauty Antioxidant Glow Water (launching in August): I pretty much take this anywhere these days. It’s so nice to travel with (FDA Approved travel size can), I hate the way flying makes my skin feel – tight and dry. I took this with me to Toronto last month and it was so nice to use before/after the flights. I throw it in my purse when I’m out the door so I can spritz throughout the day to keep that dewy, glowing look. It’s so refreshing, smells yummy and is full of vitamins made to take care and hydrate your skin.
Eos Lip Balm: I love Eos balms and have at least one everywhere (office, night stand, car). They have a line with SPF as well in case you are looking for extra protection.
Mints: I love mentos but I keep a box of Altoids in my purse too for something a little stronger. Super important to bring along for lunch meetings, just in case.
Bali Body Coconut Lip Treatment: a tiny bit of this stuff goes a long way. It’s made with real coconut, feels so moisturizing and has SPF 15 in it to keep your lips protected all day.
Saje Peppermint Halo Rollerball: I try not to take any medication unless it’s absolutely necessary. I just prefer to let me body handle itself naturally unless I’m really in a lot of pain. I don’t get them as often anymore, but when I do get headaches I just use my Saje headache remedy and roll on my temples and it really helps.
Skinceuticals SPF 50: I use this every morning before applying my makeup, love it because it’s tinted and has a really light feel and finish. My dermotologist at Project Skin recommended me using Skinceuticals Spf 50 for my face and neck. I keep the matte finish, mini version in my purse so it’s with me wherever I go since I’m really fair and given my past skin disorders. See an update post here.
Sunnies: I am practically blind without sunnies. So to avoid an accident I keep at least one pair in my car and in my handbag. Loving the cat eye style right now.
Spritz on-the-go essential oil towelettes: I keep these in my car and in my gym bag in case I need them on-the-go to freshen up and/or clean my hands. They come with three, amazing smelling essential oil blends and are free of paragons, sulphates, synthetic fragrance, phthalates and silicone.
Keys: I love my tassel keychain from Cuyana. It even has a little tag personalized with my initials. It would make a really great gift, too!
Portable iPhone Charger: I got a Morphie portable charger form Telus and have been using nothing else since. I have to make sure both my iPhone and my Morphie are getting a full charge everynight otherwise we won’t make it through the day on this battery life! This one is a little cuter.
Round Wicker Tote: like everyone else, I’ve been eyeing the Clare V. round tote for some time, but that waiting list never seems to shorten! While I’m waiting I’ve come across lots of other (budget-friendly) versions that are really similar like this one that cost me under $40.
