I feel so grateful to be able to do exactly what I love everyday! I pour my heart, soul and sweat into my job and sometimes that means that my eating habits suffer in the process, so I was so excited when I recently teamed up with Vital Supply Co. to test out their delicious & nutritious meals! Vital Supply Co. is a simple and easy delivery service, delivered to your organization’s Vital fridge twice a week. Vital Supply gives you the opportunity to eat at an exceptionally high level, with balanced meals designed specially to fuel the body and mind – All while saving the time it takes to plan, shop & cook!
When I stop to think about it, it’s true. We all lead these insanely busy, caffeine driven, multitasking lives but rarely do we refuel properly. Not to mention other considerations like convenience and affordability, it’s easy to see why most people tend to skip the trouble all together and eat out! (which can be costly for your health and wallet!!).
Vital Supply Co. delivers premium quality food through the convenience of online ordering. I am not exaggerating when I say how delicious these meals are! Vital meals are packed with energy and taste, sourcing only ingredients from ethical local companies and adapting cooking techniques that lock in both flavour and nutrients. Everything is made from scratch and absolutely nothing is processed, with all meals proudly gluten and dairy free. The only sweetener you’ll find in these meals are only from seasonal fruit, local honey and pure maple syrup (YUM!)
Vital meals are delivered twice weekly to establishments with a dedicated Vital fridge on site. Vital fridges can be set up in offices, gyms, spin studios, yoga studios or in any organization with an audience interested in healthier eating and proper refueling. Alternatively, if you are not a member or employee of an organization receiving vital food, you can place your order online and pickup at the Vital kitchen, located at 686 Powell St. in Vancouver.
How it works:
- Receive an e-mail invitation from your organization to sign up on their website and create your account. Alternatively, you can sign up as an individual if you live in the Vancouver area and want to pick up your vital meals from the Vital Supply Co. kitchen.
- Create your account.
- Visit Vital Supply Co. menu page and place an order for the next upcoming delivery date. The meals will be delivered to your organization’s Vital cooler in a branded tote bag with your name on it.
