We’re going to miss our weekly lunch collaborations with The Organic Kitchen! This is the fourth and final recipe to be posted to our #MAYLunchSeries, and one we couldn’t be more excited about! (Pt 1, Pt 2, Pt3). This one is pure energy wrapped-up with only the freshest ingredients (and homemade organic hummus), perfect for those long, demanding days that require a little more than most. When I’m #offtheclock, I often do a mix of biking, weight training and boxing and this protein-packed wrap is the perfect lunch solution to tie me over until dinner.
