After going through my camera roll, it’s safe to say I have a thing for blue + white stripes. Since I’ve been getting a lot of questions about many of them, I thought I should streamline them into one post. I’ve linked them all below:

I also wanted to note that I recently have been getting a lot more engagement through my Instagram stories and DM’s so I wanted to thank you so much for connecting with me. It’s so nice to get to know the community that I’ve created (especially) on Instagram and I love reading each and every comment. In doing so it has come to my attention that I’ve been rather stingy on sharing more personal details about well.. me! I’m also aware and extremely thankful for all the new followers readers I have been receiving, so to properly introduce myself I thought I’d share 10 things about me below.

10 Things About Me:
- I was born & raised in Vancouver, Canada and live in Steveston Village with my husband Roberto and six month old puppy, Xavi (pronounced ‘cha-vi’)
- I got married in 2015 (August 15th to be exact) in a garden wedding at my Grandfathers home & spent our honeymoon on the Mayan Riviera
- My puppy’s name is Spanish (hence the spelling) and so is my husband
- I met my husband at university, after stealing “his seat” in class (to be fair, he was late)
- I speak both French and English fluently (went to french-immersion school)
- I have 4 siblings; 3 brothers (Fraser, Spencer & Asher) and 1 sister (Sophia)
- I earned my Business degree from Kwantlen Polytechnique University in 2013 (while working full-time & doing night school)
- As part of my university education, I got a job placement in New York City working for a Guerrilla Marketing firm in Times Square (major highlight). I was offered full-time position (& sponsorship, since I am Canadian) but made the difficult decision to come home and finish my degree, which later proved to be the best decision for multiple reasons
- Before working on this blog full time, I used to work at a full-service Advertising Agency
- My biggest goal in life is to live each day with purpose, be the best ‘me’ I can and work every angle to the life I’ve always dreamed
