5 EASY WAYS TO BE HEALTHIER IN 2019

+ drink more water: I just bought a new Hydroflask water bottle so that I can fill it with ice, mint + lemon and have ice cold water first thing when I wake up in the morning. Hydration is so key, so find what works for you to get more throughout the day [ie; double walled bottle, ice, garnish etc.]

+ plan your moves: sign up for a gym membership, get a personal trainer or download a workout to do from home, just figure out what’s going to work for you and make a plan.

+ practice self-love: to me self love means putting myself first and investing time into doing things I love. Exercising my body, getting enough sleep, taking time to do a hydrating sheet mask all make me feel good so I make doing them a priority in my day.

+ order your groceries online: this will help keep you on track with your list [no mindlessly browsing the shelves], stay on budget and save you time.

+ clean up your life: take a look around you and see how you can improve. Organization is key, taking a day or two out to purge, clean & organize will vastly change the whole feel of your space. I’ve found it’s made me feel more accomplished, at ease and productive so I’m not distracted by a mess.
