Dress the Part

I do what I can to stay sharp & keep organized, in life & business. And sometimes that means shopping (& spending) on a budget. With a packed September schedule full of important business meetings and collaborations, I headed to the Joe Fresh Vancouver flagship store for some fresh updates to my work wardrobe. First on my list! A black pencil skirt, topped off with some crisp new  dress shirts and this beautiful black tweed jacket. Well made & reasonably priced.

To keep everything on budget and organized I rely on my Design Love Day Planner, made by designer Marissa Cristina. But I’ll share more on that later! Marissa & I have teamed up to give you an inside look at how I use my planner to get ahead. The best part? It was designed with busy working girls in mind, it’s built to fit easily in your purse for those extra crazy days! Other features include a monthly calendar, weekly checklist & schedule, budgeting & to-do’s. Follow along for a behind-the-scenes look on Twitter & Instagram @workinggirlinc
