July is one of my favourites times of the year for many reasons but a huge reason is because Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale is coming up quickly with Early Access starting on July 14th! Basically how it works is every year, tons of designers release their new fall arrivals on Nordstrom’s website at the same time at super-sale prices – but only for a very limited time. When the sale event comes to an end, all items will return to their original prices. See why I’m so excited?
I LOVE this sale because it gives me the opportunity start stocking up on fall staples that will surely come in handy in a few months when summer comes to a close. As much as I love summer and everything about it, I’m always pleasantly surprised when the fall months start rolling in and it’s time to get cozy at home. The sale opens to the public on July 22nd, but I want YOU to be prepped & ready to shop so that you can get the most out of the sale this year.

Want first dibs? Become a Nordstrom Rewards Member. You can apply for a Nordstrom debit or credit card to gain Anniversary Sale Early Access (July 14 – 21). With Early Access, you will be the first to browse and shop all the best brand new arrivals at ridiculously low prices (woohoo!)
Make your shopping list: You know what your wardrobe needs and also what you WANT! So make your shopping list with these items in mind. Take this as your chance to tick those items off your wishlist for real!. I will be sharing my shopping list with you next week. This is also a great time to plan ahead and think about what items might be great for your family Christmas list (I know, I know. Who in their right mind is thinking about Christmas already – but once you see the sale prices you’ll wish you had planned ahead come December).
Save your pennies: oh wait, that’s not a thing anymore lol. Shopping can sometimes seem excessive when budgets are tight but if there ever was a time to shop, that time is now. Start thinking of extra ways you can save up some extra cash to put towards your shopping list – maybe skip your Friday lattés at Starbucks.
