TGIF, PASS THE PIZZA!

Back in the city from a little getaway on the gulf islands and all I can think about doing tonight is ordering takeout and watching movies. Even as an adult, that’s still the ultimate lazy night in. I use to feel guilty ordering pizza but now that Panago offers Organic ingredients, I can feel good about my choices and even top off my indulgence with a glass of vino (FYI Panago now offers 100% Organic Italian tomato sauce made with organic tomatoes, herbs and spices. Ham, Italian sausage, pepperoni and salami made from pork raised without the use of antibiotics – HOORAY). I’d say that’s #QualityWorthSharing. As I get older I am becoming more aware of what I feed my body – I am health conscious but also love to indulge on the regular so at the very least when I do indulge it’s nice to know I’m getting a less processed version.

I’ve always been a fan of the classic Ham + Pineapple pizza but I tried the Tropical Hawaiian from Panago and it was so good! Slightly different twist with a bit more of a smoky flavour. The dough is made fresh, in-store daily using 100% Canadian wheat and cheese and absolutely no artificial colours or flavours. The fresher the better, wouldn’t you agree?

Last week I got together with my pal Tessa for some quality catch-up time and we completely took a cheat night and ordered pizzas and salads, sipped rosé and watched Netflicks. I can’t remember the last time I took a night off like this, but I know I need to make it a more regular thing! Happy Friday!
