THE 5 PRODUCTS YOU NEED TO SURVIVE WINTER

It’s no secret. Winter is coming.

And with it comes harsh weather, chapped lips and dry skin. That is, if you live under a rock! I’ve tried countless products over the last year alone and can vouch for a few, if you want specifics. If I had to choose just five to recommend to you to try this winter (which I take V seriously btw), these would be it!

The 5 skincare products you need to survive winter

HERE’S THE JUICE:

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask |$26 why I love it: okay, I’m obsessed with this product. After hearing about it non-stop, I took matters into my own hands and bought it (yes, with my own money) and life hasn’t been the same since. First off, my lips are ALWAYS soft. This creamy balm is enriched with Vitamin C and Antioxidants to deeply hydrate and soften lips. I like to apply a generous amount right before bed to let it really sink in. Sidenote: if you’re still shopping for any ladies in your life, this would be an AMAZING option as a stocking stuffer or gift topper, and something everyone would love.

Herbivore Coco Rose Coconut Oil Body Polish | $47 why I love it: this hydrating body polish is such a staple in my beauty closet, year-round. Comes in real handy when I need to use a tanning mousse and I want to make sure I’ve exfoliated enough (especially during the cold months). A gentle exfoliating blend of coconut and moroccan rose leaves skin feeling soft, smooth and extremely nourished.

Goop’s Luminous Cleanser | $$$ why I love it: a little goes a long way. It goes on thick and luxurious, so start with a little and build depending on what your needs are. I recently switched over from using a gel cleanser and it was the best decision ever. Acts as a normal cleanser would; removing dirt, impurities and makeup but deeply hydrates with a blend of almond, olive & coconut oils, shea and cocoa seed butters.

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drenched Hyaluronic Hydra-Gel Eye Patches | $73 why I love them: they are everything an eye patch should be; help hydrate, moisturize, and diminish the look of fine lines, crow’s feet, and under-eye dark circles. One set contains X60 cooling, hyaluronic-acid-infused eye contour hydra-gel patches to awaken tired skin with a burst of hydration.

The 5th and final product you need to survive winter IMO, is a good face cream. Since I’ve tried a few, I’m listing my faves below:

+ Charlotte Tilbury | Magic Cream $88
+ Kiehl’s | Ultra Facial Cream $25
+ La Mer | Moisturizing Soft Cream $$$
+ Skinceuticals | Daily Moisture $80
+ Laneige | Water Bank Moisture Cream $50
