Last week I had the pleasure of co-hosting the ‘Summer Workspace Refresh‘ event with West Elm Vancouver at their beautiful South Granville location. It’s been feeling a lot like summer for some time now but according to the calendar summer only ‘officially’ kicked off last week! To reset and refresh for the season, I created two in-store workspaces, featuring some of my favorite desktop items with the modern working woman in mind.
I had so much fun creating the spaces, one featured a more contemporary look, using a glass cross base desk, brass cage terrariums and my favorite succulents. The other, was centered around providing a small-space solution for apartment living. This space required a mid-century mini desk with its clean, white desktop, colorful florals and sophisticated luxe stationary. To top off the evening, we were lucky to have The Juicery Co. there with fresh, organic, cold pressed summer juices and icy cold juice POPS! It was the perfect end to a warm night.
In case you missed all the fun, here’s a photo journal from the event, captured by the talented Tracey Ayton.
