Hope you all had an amazing Labour day long weekend!! It’s been so hot and humid in Vancouver this past week so it was extra nice to have the chance to go boating and spend some time by the pool over the weekend. Lots of family time, BBQ’s, swimming, celebrating (my BFF is getting married!), it was one for the books and definitely the way to close out the summer.
I’ve already been breaking all the rules in the ‘no white after Labour day’ department, but my take is white can look pretty all year long with the right accessories. This weekend my Lily dress (from Maccs the Label) was the perfect piece to take me from day to night, it’s so comfortable, lightweight and flowy and my favourite part are the bell sleeves! To avoid blending completely into my surroundings I polished the look off with a pop of red lipstick and my new Selena Grace handbag from the Coach X Selena Gomez collection. This piece will make for a great fall staple in the coming weeks and I can’t wait to style it for fall when the weather cools off a little.
