HERBIVORE ORCHID FACIAL OIL

I’m dying to try all of Herbivore‘s products (especially their facial oils) but to get myself introduced, I ended up going with their Orchid Facial Oil. Mainly because it focuses on preserving youth and replenishing hydration in the skin. A few other benefits of the Orchid Oil include;

+ it helps defend against free radicals
+ supports natural elasticity
+ feeds the skin with beneficial vitamins and fatty acids, like omega 3 & 6, to protect against premature aging
+ it’s formulated with no fillers, just effective natural ingredients
+ absorbs easily
+ contains moisture, vitamins, fatty acids, and antioxidants to nurture skin

What else you need to know:
This product is vegan, cruelty-free, noncomedogenic, and formulated without silicone, fragrance, gluten, artificial ingredients, unnatural preservatives, and fillers.

WORKOUT GEAR FROM TAN+LINES

After quarantine hit, I was struggling to get my act together when it came to continuing on with workouts (from home). What once gave me so much joy, was now feeling more like a chore. I wasn’t feeling motivated and kind of just let all my hard work slide right out the window.

After much procrastination, I decided to snap out of it and order some new workout gear. And not just ANY workout gear. My friend, Sivan Ayla created the sickest sport brand called TAN+LINES with super cute + comfortable pieces that put the fun back into fitness. I’m wearing the Laurel Cyn shorts above in a size medium, but here are some other faves from her, that I have:

ARITZIA OVERSIZE CREW NECK

I first picked up my camel toned crewneck (wearing above) from Aritzia because it was perfectly oversize and something quick + mindless I could throw on out the door. I’ve been getting so much wear out of it — it’s super cozy, fleece on the inside & goes with everything, I figured I should probably order a few other basic colors that I can wear on repeat. Also ordered it in black and white and lately I’ve been throwing it on over biker shorts, it’s the perfect length!

TOO FACED LIP INJECTION PLUMPING LIP GLOSS

It was a long quest to find a lip gloss that actually followed through on their promise to plump the pout, but I finally found it. Enter the Lip Injection Power Plumping Lip Gloss by Too Faced. They also have the Lip Injection Extreme Lip Plumper that comes in 5 colors. It nurtures and conditions lips and after use, lips appear full and pouty.

Like most lip plumping glosses, it does tingle a little after you first put it on. I tried the Extreme version but found my skin to be a little on the sensitive side for that one, but the Plumping Lip Gloss is great if you want to add volume to your lips. While I wouldn’t wear this everyday, it would be ideal for date nights or nights out.

What else you need to know:
This product was created free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, phthalates, triclosan, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances. This product is also cruelty-free and gluten-free.

This is another product I had been hearing/seeing everywhere and had to try for myself. I have to say, it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, but especially those who might find your typical cleanser a bit too drying on the skin. This is super nourishing instead.
