FITNESS RESET

One thing that I’ve noticed about WFH so much more over the past year is that I’m moving a lot less. With Spring right around the corner, I guess you could say I’ve been feeling more motivated to get back into a regular routine.

One goal I’ve set for myself, is to get back into the habit of tracking my steps everyday. Reaching that 10,000 mark is a lot harder when most of your day is spent sitting down at the computer – with your commute just steps away from where you wake up. That being said, I decided to order some cute workout gear + re-structure my schedule to include more activity and healthy habits each week. Actually scheduling things in my calendar always helps me be more accountable with my time. And I know that implementing these habits now will make me feel so much better come summer, when we all want to feel our best.
