This weekend is a holiday in Canada so we are taking off for an extending long weekend to our cabin in the Gulf Islands. We try to escape there as often as we can, booking holidays in our calendar way in advance to make the most of our time off.

Literally, all that’s on the agenda is to relax and recharge and hang out together. When were not lounging inside catching up on movies or cooking, we’ll be walking trails and taking coffee down to the ocean to take in the views. It’s our favourite place to get cozy in the winters — here are a couple things on my weekend wishlist:
