INSIDE MY BEAUTY FRIDGE

If you haven’t already noticed, I am OBSESSED with my (mini) beauty fridge. Not only is it super cute, it’s responsible for keeping my skincare products nice and chilled. I was first intrigued after seeing them popping up on Lauryn Bosstick & Sivan Ayla’s feeds, but after doing a little research myself quickly decided I HAD to have one.

Have you ever put one of your rollers in the fridge? You know, to get chilled? You should try it. It’s a game changer and something I haven’t wanted to go back on since. SO, little by little my products (serums, masks, tools) slowly started taking over the (real) fridge — I was willing to sacrifice shelf space in the name of good skin.

What I once thought was perhaps a little extra, has now become a much-needed necessity! Jk, but really though it just makes the whole experience super indulgent and luxurious which makes me & my skin feel great.

WHAT I KEEP IN MY BEAUTY FRIDGE:
The beauty fridge is ideal to store things like sheet masks, serums, rollers and certain moisturizers. You don’t wanna put things like makeup, oils or balms in because it could cause the product to separate.

For example, vitamin C serum is a great product to have in the fridge because vitamin C has a very short shelf like. It breaks down when exposed to oxygen, so keeping it in the fridge helps to delay the oxidization process. I also just love the feeling of applying this vitamin c serum and rolling it out all over my face with a chilled quartz roller.

Things like thick, eye creams/balms are amazing to put in the beauty fridge, too. The cooling sensation helps reduce any morning puffiness, then I love to roll our my face & neck to smooth fine lines.
