WHAT’S ON MY WEEKLY GROCERY LIST

Sundays are my day to plan and organize for the week ahead [full blog post on this, coming]. It makes me feel like I have my life in order and relives any anxiety in that dpt through the week. In the end, it ends up saving me time and money by doing one designated shop, once a week. Since it’s just the two of us, we don’t need much, but there are a few essentials on my list that make the cut week-by-week. Generally speaking, these are the items on repeat, in my grocery cart:

PRODUCE:

+ Romaine
+ Spinach
+ Kale
+ Arugula
+ Lemons
+ Avocados
+ Naval oranges
+ Bananas
+ Broccoli
+ Sweet potatoes
+ Green apples
+ Strawberries
+ Fresh dill
+ Red onion

PROTEINS:

+ Fish: cod + salmon
+ Chicken
+ Vegan crispy tenders (for my ceasar salads)
*since we order X2 dinners per week via Fresh Prep, we don’t need to buy much for protein each week.

OTHER:

+ Sourdough loaf
+ Nuts: pistachios, almonds, or Handfuel Coconut Cashews
+ Pita chips & hummus
+ Smart Sweets (I love the peach rings, sour buddy blasters & the Sourmelon bites)
+ Mini wheats (pregnancy craving)
+ Skim filtered milk (Fairlife brand)
+ Coffee creamer (Earth’s Own)
+ Nora’s Plant-based Ice Cream

DRINKS:

+ La Croix Sparkling Waters: lime, watermelon & passion fruit
+ Zevia: cola
+ Simply Orange Juice
